CBRE - EkkoSense is a Preferred Supplier for the supply of software and services to help CBRE customers reduce data center risk, deliver significant cooling energy savings and unlock additional capacity. Highlights include:

  • Thermal Risk Reduction – When one CBRE client had an 8°C or 47% supply variance between hot and cold spots, our optimization process removed the thermal risk completely
  • Energy Savings – Airflow optimisation using our proven methodology at another client delivered a 30% cooling energy saving – ensuring an ROI in under a year
  • Released Capacity - Resolving data center hot and cold spots also meant that another CBRE customer could place a number of cooling systems on standby - releasing 100kW+ of cooling capacity, helping to extend the life of its AHUs, and lowering maintenance costs
