Job Title : Customer Experience Executive (Data Centre/SaaS)
Reporting to : Technical Customer Success Manager
This position is a hybrid position which allows for some working from home when time needed in the office/customer meetings does not prevail.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be a crucial part of our customer-focused team, responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. Your role will be pivotal in onboarding, training, and supporting our customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from the cybersecurity platform. Key responsibilities –
· Supporting new customers and ensuring a seamless implementation of the platform.
· Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing queries, and offering solutions through platform features to enhance their experience.
· Becoming an expert in the use of our platform to advise customers on best practices.
· Monitoring customer health and proactively addressing any potential issues or problems.
· Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer requests promptly and efficiently.
· Conducting regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Providing training to customers on new product features
· Updating the CRM (HubSpot) and reporting on customer health scores
Experience – Essential
· A minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Account Management for a software company (preferably SaaS).
· Energetic, self-motivated, and well-organised with a passion for technology and, above all, Customer Success.
· Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
· CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Experience – Desired
· Experience/knowledge of the Data Centre industry/sector
· Experience/knowledge of energy and/or compliance reporting.
· Experience of Ekkosense or other market leading monitoring software platform
Other Tasks:
· Keep up to date on Ekkosense technologies and product
· Be forward thinking, implementing new technologies and changes to enhance the workings of the department and its customers.
· Data integrity checks for software functionality.
· Working with all departments and teams within the business
· Attend internal and external meetings as and when required
· Reporting to customers and internal stakeholders/management team
· Any other tasks given where your skillset is needed to suit the needs of the business
The Data Centre industry can be a niche market. Candidates may have Data Centre experience without Customer Success experience but must have a good customer service ethos. Training and support will be provided.
