TeamEkko ready for 2025 – data center software roadmap, international growth, increased headcount
EkkoDay 21- a highlight #TeamEkko event sees the EkkoSense ‘all hands’ get together – either in person or virtually for employees in the US and APAC – to review progress and share plans for the company’s continued growth in 2025 and beyond. Needing more chairs than planned caused a minor delay but was an important growth signal in itself!
A packed agenda from across the business.
We heard about the intensive investments already in place to support growth across the US and APAC regions from our CEO Dean Boyle, while Paul Milburn demonstrated how our EkkoSoft Critical product set will continue to set the innovation agenda. As the data centre sector accelerates its transition to AI compute and Liquid Cooling, EkkoSense is ideally placed to enable this critical growth phase for our industry.
Dr Stu Redshaw also highlighted some key developments with EkkoSim and explained how we have the ability to model and simulate any data centre M&E scenario.
To support the product enhancements, Michelle Wainwright and Soraya Kashefi explained how we are expanding our support, operations and customer experience capabilities to facilitate the rapid international expansion. Finally, Cheryl Billson outlined 2025 marketing programmes we’re putting in place to help drive demand.
Of course the day ends with a Christmas get together for local attendees – a chance for all TeamEkko members – from the board Chairman, co founders, software development and finance teams to mix. While we are all looking forward to the holiday period, Q1 2025 kick-off looks exciting. Note to self, book more chairs for EkkoDay number 22!
