EkkoSense is launching a major new software release. EkkoSoft Critical 6.0 is a distinctive SaaS-based solution that combines granular IoT sensor data with the latest intuitive 3D visualisation techniques to make immersive real-time monitoring and planning of data centre power, cooling and space a reality.

EkkoSense will demonstrate its unique SaaS-powered 3D Capacity Planning capability. EkkoSoft Critical Capacity Planning is the most intuitive platform available on the market for space, power and cooling capacity management – providing live capacity planning functionality, rather than the limited capacity reporting offered by today’s more expensive DCIM systems.

Upsite Technologies, the global leader in data center airflow management solutions, and EkkoSense, a global leader in the provisioning of software-driven thermal optimization for critical environments, have signed a hardware distribution and master reseller agreement at the DCD Dallas event, opening today. The agreement will make Upsite the lead stocking distributor for EkkoSense hardware and a master reseller of the company’s EkkoSoft Critical SaaS offering for North America

Ekkosense has added Rentaload load bank functionality into its EkkoSoft Critical M&E SaaS software. Rentaload is a leading European load bank rental company, and customers across Europe will now be able to view real-time load data in EkkoSoft Critical®, providing them with immediate insight into the impact of their real or simulated data centre loads on cooling, power and capacity performance.

EkkoSense has introduced powerful Estate Page functionality as part of its next generation EkkoSoft Critical SaaS software. Building on proven real-time data centre M&E Capacity Planning and Cooling Optimisation capabilities, Estate Page helps DC teams to manage their entire data centre estate and compare site-by-site efficiencies thanks to comprehensive new site-level and room-level configurations.

Pete brings in-depth experience as an operationally-focused international Group CFO and Regional Managing Director to EkkoSense, and his proven international leadership and financial management expertise will be instrumental in driving the company’s next key growth phase. His appointment follows EkkoSense’s recent addition of Adrian Barker from Vertiv as Key Account Director, and also of data centre expert Mark Acton to the company’s board as a non-executive director.
