EkkoSense Global Partner Day 2024

Data center optimisation experts EkkoSense 2024 partner event

Last week we welcomed representatives from EkkoSense’s growing partner network at The Shard in London for our EkkoSense AI Partner Day. Delegates enjoyed a packed agenda with Day One briefings and a Day Two visit to EkkoSense customer Telehouse and its impressive London Docklands facility.

We’re focused on driving strong growth through our channel operations in 2024, so it made smart sense to get everyone together, discuss EkkoSense’s distinctive offering for data centre operations teams, and also focus in on ways that our partners can deliver more value for customers.

EkkoSense’s CEO Dean Boyle laid out the specific business challenges where EkkoSoft Critical can make a real difference for customers. Our Chief Product Officer Paul Milburn then took partners along the EkkoSoft Critical roadmap, focusing particularly on new innovations such as Cooling Anomalies, 3D Objects and ESG Reporting.

We then had sessions from our Head of Marketing Cheryl Billson and myself, outlining how partners could benefit further from their EkkoSense partnership – taking advantage of our deep sector expertise and marketing support. Our Head of Technical Sales James Kirkwood and Key Account Director Adrian Barker also shared case studies of how organisations such as Three and Virgin Media O2 are putting EkkoSoft Critical to work, and detailing the impressive results achieved.

Closing out the Day 1 conference, EkkoSense’s Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Dr. Stu Redshaw provided an exciting introduction to EkkoSIM – the industry’s first Digital Twin solution to enable comprehensive grey space modelling and simulation across full, end-to-end data centre infrastructures. Stu set out how EkkoSIM draws on first principles maths and physics models to create the industry’s most precise cooling, power and capacity simulations – with 99% plus accuracy levels.

Delegates then transferred to the top floor of the iconic OXO Tower on London’s South Bank for dinner at the restaurant. A chance to reflect and share thoughts on the day – as well as some essential socialising!

Day Two provided a great opportunity to see EkkoSoft Critical in action, and we were all thoroughly welcomed by Telehouse, one of our key customers, who offered to host our EkkoNet partners at their impressive London Docklands facility where we are currently rolling out additional sites. EkkoSense has helped Telehouse to unlock a carbon reduction of almost 750 tonnes of CO2 emissions across its London Docklands data centres, and we were grateful to Antoinette de la Motta and the rest of the Telehouse team for hosting us and sharing their EkkoSense story.

Thanks to all the delegates that took time out from their busy schedules to attend our Partner Day. We are already planning next year’s – please pencil in 10th and 11th March for EkkoNet 2025!
